The Graffiti Towers are a failed luxury development project in the heart of DTLA. Abandoned for years, artists have recently taken advantage of the urban blight and turned it into a vibrant beacon of creative expression and representation of LA culture.
The tower’s 27 levels will be used to create a one of a kind festival experience fully utilizing the elevation.
